KATIE GREEN, MS, ATC
Katie, born in Plymouth, MA and raised in Tsawwassen, BC has been at the UW since 2006. She attended Concordia University in Montreal, earning her BS in Exercise Science while specializing in Athletic Therapy. From there she moved on to the University of Oregon, completing her Masters Degree in Athletic Medicine while working with Duck football and softball as a graduate assistant. Katie enjoys listening to jokes about Canada, Canadian food, the Canadian military, Canadian politics and Canadian healthcare, and is thrilled to be in Seattle where she can watch Hockey Night in Canada on TV. In her spare time, Katie enjoys ice fishing, curling, building igloos, educating Americans on where Canada is located on the map, and learning how to "correctly" say the word "sorry".
