The University of Washington Athletic Training Room is a state of the art medical facility designed to serve the medical needs of Husky athletes. Providing coverage for seven hundred student-athletes competing in twenty-three varsity sports is a staff of ten certified athletic trainers and twenty student-interns.  The athletic training staff works directly under the supervision of eight team physicians who are members of the UW Physicians group.

The goal of the Athletic Training Room is to provide our student-athletes with an unparalleled level of medical care, designed to keep our athletes healthy through prevention and management of athletic injuries and illnesses.

Because of it's proximity and relationships with the University of Washington Medical Center, one of the most decorated and respected groups of physicians in the country, the Husky Training Room can provide a level of medical coverage to our student-athletes matched by few Division I University Athletic Departments in the Country.
